Eligibility for Returns

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.Please do not send any items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Support@versevesselhub.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly — whether through a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
The fastest way is to return your current item (after approval) and place a new, separate order for the item you prefer.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window from the date of delivery, without needing to provide any justification.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
